DOCUMENTARIES ON THEATRE

We bring you some of very interesting documentary films made on theatre around the world. Few of them are made on successful groups from India, which sustain for several decades through unique propositions. Some are very strong political theatre movements. At the same time you may watch well documented works on rare and out of the box theatre experiments from lands abroad, looked in a different perspective to explore the way how theatre and reality merge in the contemporary society.

This series of screening is organized in association with Dr. Vayala Vasudevan Pillai Trust, which always stood for innovative experiments and ideas in theatre.

The screening will be at 6.30pm everyday from 20 to 25 October, at Vayala Cultural Center, Ayyanthole, Thrissur (Phone: +91 487 2360290)

Entry is free for all on first come first served basis. Only 40 seats available in the screening hall.
